Re: 2010 Precedent
Let me see, someone asked about water in the switches -- there is no water in the switches, the chargers are allowed to charge all night, and the carts are performing great with the new batteries -- it is just this other problem that has cropped up that we are dealing with. A course near me is starting to experience the same problem as well. (Same carts, same year, same everything - part of the same lease)

Re: 2010 Precedent
I know this thread is old, but, I have the same problem with a 2010 CC. I have read 4 pages where people have tried to help, I wish the guy had posted the answer to the problem.

Re: 2010 Precedent
Start a new thread as this one is DOA as the OP has not been onsite for over 2 years. Give us good solid details including the serial # for the cart as that helps ID the model and more accurate help...

Re: 2010 Precedent
It turned out to be the batteries fault. Club car sued, I believe it was crown batteries and won the lawsuit. They installed the new OBC's to determine how many EU the batteries were putting out before the batteries failed. They did this to proven their case in court. Now you know the real reason the OBC measures the EU output. So Club Car can CYA. In this case their ***.
If you want to read about it. http://www.golfdisputeresolution.com/?p=3625 |

Re: 2010 Precedent
The OBC has always measured EU (in and out) since it is how it operates, that verbage has appeared on all Club Car Manuals where OBCs were used.

Somethings are said so often that people start to believe they are true.
