93 marathon 4 stroke no power and smoke
Ok so I'm getting a 93 marathon for 250$ it runs but the guy said it doesn't even have enough power to pull him up a slight hill, it is a 4 stroke , and he said it started smoking around 3 years ago, my questions are what does this sound like the problem is
Rings? Fuel pump flooding the engine?  |

do a compresion test
but it usualy means intake valves and/or rings |

Just depends if the cylinder hasn't worn itself to the point of needing to be bored out.
