Re: 1996 club car 48 volt upgrade
Will an 36 volt motor (running 48 volt) be a better one to send than the 48 volt?
Would I be better off looking around for a 36 volt to send in for an upgrade? Say I go with the Bandit upgrade, would the motor be stronger if it started life as 36v compared to 48v? Doing some research, found that EMP is just North of where I work. Are their motors up to snuff with D&D PQ? |

Re: 1996 club car 48 volt upgrade
Thanks Guys,
I do ask alot of questions. This electric vehicle stuff is intriguing, if left to my own desires we probably would have gone with a gasser. But the little missus holds all the trump. |

Call or visit EMP and talk with them about what you would like to have performance wise. You are so close, no shipping.
An yes, the little Mrs is sitting on the trump card |

Re: 1996 club car 48 volt upgrade
Thanks Scotty,
Yea my place O' employment is on the South side of town. I think a trip up there is in order. And even though the missus and I disagreed on the gas, electric thing, it is pleasant tooling around in stealth mode. Have enough internal combustion toys already. Guess my handle should be: kittywhipped eh? |
