In the long run you will want to go with the synthetic. Maybe get a few hours on it and then change it.

ok i did the zip on the governor, it did make a big improvement on speed but it sounds like it is going to blow up and when i stop the exhaust was smoking pretty good. i am worried about messing up the motor

I put a tach on mine and it showed 2880 for RPM. This is a safe rev for the motor.

if you just zip the gov and nothing else your speed will be around 20 mph for more speed with less rpms add high speed gears and 10 in high profile tires. in all try to keep the rpms at or below 3000 rpms at max running speed or you will do engine damage
