Default 2006 ezgo seems stuck in lower gear

My 2006 ezgo ran great till last night. Now it sounds and runs like it is in a very low gear. Engine winds out quick and won't run very fast at all. Maybe 5 mph instead of 15-16 mph. Thanks for any help.

I raised the read end off the ground and pressed accelerater. The clutch moved what seems to be all the way in. Both rear wheels move in forward or reverse. I can turn both wheels by hand with no difficulty each direction. I'll keep researching for more info on here but welcome any suggestions and help. Thanks

Is your driven clutch Opening Up , Your Drive clutch will close But the driven clutch will open up to let your belt go down for more speed , could be it is Stuck or Gone Ca-poop . Drive Clutch is Front Clutch & Driven Clutch is Back Clutch.

The driven clutch is not opening up. Is there a way to get it un-stuck? Also, can worn belt cause it not to open up? Thanks for replying and helping.

I tried new belt. no luck. Sprayed lubricant on shaft where pulley opens up and was able to pry opens a little. Belt drops down about 1/2 inch. Hopefully clutch was just stuck and I'll be able to open further after a while.
