Just me, but with 22" tires I would go with the 10x7s, little wider stance and little more sidewall.
Just checked the eBay links posted and the wheels have the same outside offset! Both 4" so they will stick out the same. I personnally would go with the 12" wheel set. With the shorter sidewall your cart will handle better. Plus if you ever add more lift, 25" tires are plenty available as takeoff from most atvs and they use 12" rims. Just my 2 cents.

I am leaning towards the 12" rims. I just like the stance of the 10" rims. Like I was saying do you think putting spacers on the rear wheels will make the golf carts stance look better? Kind of like the older muscle cars look

If you plan on off roading and muddin in that, I wouldn't do that. You'll want to keep your tires tracking through the same ruts or else you'll get stuck.

I put 2" wheel spacers from Summit Engineering (American made!) on my ride. The improvement in the ride is exceptional. Of course, if you want to keep the same track (although the car did not have the same stock track), then perhaps 2" in the front and one in the 1". That will also create the need for fender flares, because the mud throw is exceptional.......particularly with an aggressive tread design.

Always nice to implement one buggy solution that allows for the implementation of another to solve a new problem! LOL.

If anything I might put 2" wheel spacers on both for that more agressive look. Yeah I plan on getting some truck universal fender flares. Like these. I have another post about different fender flares people has used.
