Default ezgo trouble

I'm working on a ezgo 295cc for a freind got motor out ripping it down to be bored out but all 4 exhaust studs broke off in the aluminum head there is enough meat to get on with vise grips tried map gas torch with no luck so there soaking in pen lube tonight any ideas

I have welded nuts to the bolts only shering off the bolt not having much luck

Usually more heat on the studs will get them out, if not you'll prob have to drill them out and clean up the holes with a tap.

Heat expands, you need to heat the head.
