why must my starter be so troublesome? :(
When I bought my cart The tensioner bracket was long gone but the starter still worked, not long after I got the cart The bolt hole on the back of the starter broke and no matter what I did the starter would always fall down causing the belt to come off and get destroyed. I bought a new back cover for the starter so that I would be able to bolt it there, now my front bracket has broke and I can't find one anywhere. What gives? Why am I having so many problems with this starter? Any one have any ideas how to fix this starter? Also I'm have major vibration problems, every time I turn around a bolt is vibrating out. The muffler bolts have vibrated out and the bolts holding the engine shroud on have vibrated out...

First fix your vibration problem. Probably a motor mount.
