Default 2020 Club car Onward lithium help

My friend has a new 2020 Club Onward with the lithium package. It has an AC motor and an 375 amp controller but it the software limits it to 19 mph. How can this he get more speed besides larger wheels? Are there aftermarket speed sensors for this model? Maybe compatible high speed gears? Or does anyone program these controllers? I don't think Navitas or Altrax has a compatible controller for this model. Thanks for any input. You guys are awesome always.

Not sure you'll be able to get much more with the stock configuration. You may have to throw a Navitas kit in it for more performance.

I’ve seen a few that lifted the non-lifted with larger tires and achieve 23mph. Other than that method, I haven’t seen anyone speed them up yet.

Using traditional lead acid batteries I can sustain 24 mph on 15 inch tires
