Front-end alignment

I wonder how one could adjust the camber on the front wheels? Everything is so "fixed" in place, I see no adjustments! My cart left the trailer at 65mph, and this bent a lot of things, including the front left upper wheel bracket and the leaf spring on the left side. I've replaced everything, and now the front left tire seems to noticably lean out at the top (or in at the bottom). The right side seems straight up and down.
Just another note, since everything was bent, I straighted the upper wheel bracket to match the left side. It had some bend in it that the right side didn't.
