New motor and cart wont go
Just put a new d&d motor on my pds ezgo and it wont go more than 5 feet.My voltage reading on my battery pack is 38.2 and under load it goes down to 37 i checked each battery and they all stay above 6 volts,what can i try next.I also have a alltrax 500 amp controller.

Sorry I'm in and out but mostly out today and tonight..... everything looks correct. Battery cables all good and connections clean & tight?
Try another throttle profile... Run it in diagnostic mode if you have a laptop or test the ITS output if not... |

I now have 4 green flashing leds then 6 red flashing leds on controller so i swapped out battery pack and letting them charge overnite thinking i have bad batteries
