First thing to check is how much voltage is the cart getting at the mains?
We are going to need all the pertinent info about your cart to help.

I plugged my computer up to the controller and put it in monitor mode and with the gas fully pressed had above 37 volts the whole time also throttle output was 100% and sorry for being such a pain but what do you mean by pertinent info thanks again for all the help

Relevant info about your cart. He needs ALL info pertaining to your buggie. Anything you can tell us about it will help.

Your controller is set up for 48v. Under voltage should be set at 20-24v for 36v carts. This may well be the problem. Let us know when you finish reprogramming and testing.

Reprogrammed cart and put under voltage at 24 and motor runs great thanks for all the help i really appreciate it.
