Motor mounted and wired back to the controller. Controller partially wired. Need to pick up my batteries and finish getting everything connected by this weekend.

No batteries yet, so won't burn the the thing up. Yet that is!

Also, take a look a the dash I'm going to install. I got this and decided to lay it up on the cart and see what it would look like.

I noticed the radio slot doesn't align with the golf ball holder in the original dash, where the radio will go through. Anyone installed one of these before and have you got any tips....Didn't come with any hardware so looking for some ideas on how to get it to mounted. Some pics below to show you.

Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Got a couple of things going right now. Finally went and spent the money and got my new Trojan Batteries to make the system 48V. Connected them up tonight and jacked the rear end up and tested the controller and motor. Everything working good in the air

Started on the dash modification as well....will dive deeper into this tomorrow. Did get my new radio and speakers by Brown today. Below are some pics of the progress.

Can't wait till I can get my body/cowl back!

Special thanks to ScottyB for the instruction and great service.

WHAT!? You read the instructions

I'm tickled to hear it when a customer makes a 48v conversion and everything works right off the bat

Everything looks good. FYI you may want to try flipping 3 of the batteries around so that all of the negative posts are down the center line, like it was originally. The cables should be long enough to go around the uni-caps for easier access during maintenance.

For the forum, I did a 36 to 48 volt conversion and ScottyB did me right.

Haven't posted any pics in a while...sorry...been working a lot lately...got to get my priorities back in order.

Here are some pics of the Ausco rear disc brake install I did last night....still tweaking the adjustment on the cart.

I'll post more on the dash shortly.

I am finally supposed to get my body back today. Will get some pics of it when I get it home tonight.

Dash fabrication and work to fit the new radio/speakers and dash cover no the TXT.

Had to test play the Sony...works great. Got a Marine flexible antenna that will go under the cowl to connect to radio.
