Default Re: 93 36v - Possible Dead Short - help please

Bad news. I started testing per what johnnieb said and first test passed, no voltage when pressing pedal in N. Second test BAD.......I get about 35 volts when i switch it from N to either F or R with no pedal. If I hit the gas pedal it jumps to 38 volts or full pack voltage. Does this mean my controller is jacked up? I believe the micro switches are working and they didn't fry with the short. Any ideas for me?
