I took the cart back down to the coast this weekend. Saturday it was a little cool but we rode around about 4 miles. With 3 people, the dog and the windshield up it would do around 22 or 23 on flat ground. I was very pleased. The torque is much improved. The one thing I forgot to check was the tire pressure. They looked fine but haven't been checked in several months. One more thing, the battery charge held up well. I did not notice any additional voltage reduction with the new motor. That is strictly from memory. I did not chart any readings. I have the speed I want without breaking the bank. I am very happy with the bandit upgrade.

The cart would do 15 on flat ground with the windshield down and just me in it. It now does about 25 under the same conditions. It is a 2010 Precedent Excel set on speed code 3.

Exel? Did you upgrade the motor or just get a speed code?

I'm switching over all to 2 gauge at this time, did you switch your cables from the controller to motor to 2 gauge also?

I swapped the battery to 2g a few months back but I'm now completing the rest since my cart is apart for a system upgrade.

Thanks

No I did not change the cables from the controller to the motor. I plan on changing them later. I got behind on time so I decided to wait.

Do you have the stock controller, or did you upgrade?
