So I jumped the wire from small terminal to b- and the cart wheels moved. I guess I have to replace the OBC?

They moved as soon as you hooked the wire up? If so that indicates a problem, but if you mean once you hooked up the wire and then tried to operate it like normal it worked, then yes, the OBC is bad.

To fix that, you've got 2 options: a new OBC or a DPI charger which eliminates the need for the OBC.

If you want to keep the cart and care about your new batteries, personally I'd go with the DPI charger, which not only charges but maintains (the charge, anyhow. You're still responsible for the water level ) your batteries.

the cart operated normal when i did the bypass I would like to remove the OBC completely from the cart if i can. I already own a DPI charger.Do you know where i can get splicing diagram to remove OBC.I just dont what to bypass it

It's fairly simple, but I can't recall where I found the diagram. Scottyb would definitely have it, you might have to contact him, or perhaps he or TahoeDawg will see this thread and help you out.
