You can re use it if you didn't damage it. Glad you got it off.

So I reinstalled everything the cart clicks but no movement. Sometimes A slight jolt forward. What could this be??

Did you push the brushes down against the armature after you re installed the armature into the case?

Yeah I did push the brushes down. That motor is sitting on the ground I put a High speed motor in the cart and can't figure out why it will click but nothing happens.
