No Power On Full Thottle

1993 Marothone has the batteries around the controller like this.

1989 was the swap over year from coils to controller. My 89 had a controller in it. That is the picture of the batteries in it.

Thanks for all the help guys. The problem was the pot, I ordered one this week and installed it today and it works perfect. Now I'am looking for a top for this cart 93 ezgo.
