Default Frame off restore, factory items?

Ok all, bustin apart Sonny soon. I have read the body rivets are an item that needs to come from ezgo. Are there any other items that MUST be replaced upon a complete brake down? Replacing batts, cables, and FNR, all items will be stock.

Thanks

LH I have read your thread at least twice. I wouldn't call mine a restore as much as a get that sucker running... Not going into nearly the detail you are.

Thanks for the assistance.

Even the rivets can be found outside the EZGO system. Search online and you can find numerous suppliers. Where I used rivets, I referred to the manual, reference the body removal. In it you will see most, if not all, the rivet sizes mentioned in the disassembly guide.
LostHuskers list is pretty complete and a good reference.
