installed the heavyduty rear leaf spring today and it lifted the cart 2" in the rear, it still rides pretty nice and handles weight on the backseat much better. tomorrow i hope to install the trailer hitch.

The upgrades will never end as just when you say your done you find something else or see something else you want to do to your cart...
Great job on the cart and look forward to seeing more pictures..

Thanks army, I know the upgrades will cont. i just need to slow down a little bit or i will be sleeping in the garage with the cart

Where did you get the new black plastic trim pieces for the body?

Also,did you paint the top yourself?

all the black plastic trim pieces were purchased from a local golf cart shop, the top was sodablasted and painted by a friend of mine
