Default 2009 RXV Charger Red Light

I just got a 2009 RXV. I plugged the charger in and the light on the charger comes on RED.
I tried another charger and RED.
Please tell me what to do.
Thanks
Tim

The charge receptacle might have dirty contacts.
Check the continuity of the red and gray wires from the battery packs main positive terminal and the charge receptacle.
Check the continuity of the black wire from the battery packs main negative terminal and the charge receptacle.

Does the LED come on red and stay the way, or does it flash?

Check the plug connections RXV's are tempermintal. While you are doing that I would go thru all the batteries and check and make sure all the connections are clean as well. The system goes thru a self check and if something is not connected good it will disable. Hope this helps.
