Re: Need help with club car conversion
I agree. I will call him tomorrow. My plan was to get to 48 volts eventually after just getting it up and running. Anyway I will post the result later. Thx.

Re: Need help with club car conversion
It ran before the lift kit. Seems to me that some small wire may have come disconnected?
I'm not sure that I can help you over the phone anymore than we can here. With your meter black test lead on the battery pack negative test the battery pack voltage at a standstill and when you try to go. There should be no difference in these two readings. If there is a 6 V or bigger difference. You have a battery problem. Verify that the solenoid clicks each time you press the gas. Again place a test leads on the controller B + and B-. You should get 36 V when the solenoid clicks in this reading should go down as you press the gas pedal. Verify that you have positive power to control her pin number one when you press the gas. Verify that you are getting approximately 0 to 5000 homes between pin number two and three from the throttle input. You can do this by disconnecting wires from the controller and simply plugging your test leads into the wire ends. Make these tests and let us know what you find. This should get us a start to a solution. |
