Still have not found anything yet. I will also tell you that the cart was running fine and then all of a sudden it kinda did a bucking thing then it stopped and drug the rear tires almost like something locked up for a moment or it went into reverse somehow.

I would jack it up and take off rear wheels AND brake drums , maybe brakes are locking it up and needs "full power" to turn it......or a rear end problem ......check brakes first

Working on the coils now and checking wiring to them. One other thing this cart did was kinda buck a Lil and then when it stopped it kinda drug the rear tires almost like something locked up or it changed directions in the motor. Motor runs when you hit the top contact and sounds fine

Did you jack up the rear end and check the brakes ? Can you turn the wheels by hand ?.....

If something isn't locking up the rear wheels (as you said something seamed to be doing) and the wiper on the v-glide is hitting all the contacts im at a loss here .....did you take the cover off the v-glide and watch the arm as you hit the go pedal ? (with rear end jacked up and off the ground of course) unless it is so warped it isn't making contact until it get all the way to the top I don't see how what you are saying is possible ....again , YOU said something seamed wrong with the rear tires possibly locking up , I would concentrate there....

There is a brand new v glide on the cart and it is adjusted . It is very weird to say the least. It will only move at the top of the contacts and the rear end runs fine. I have power to the wiper arm but no power shows coming out on the backside of the v glide where the wires connect to it when the wiper makes contact.
