2005 Club Car 48 Volt Wiring Diagram
Recently I have purchased a used 2005 48V Club Car.
I installed 4 new 12 volt batteries and it ran fine for a week. My grand kids came and ran the new batteries down while I was out of town. I tried to charge them with the original cart charger, but the charger would shut itself down after about 30 seconds and the amp meter was pegged. I read an article on line that suggested to disconnect the batteries and trickle charge them individually and I did. They all charged successfully and I reconnected them. When I tried to drive it, I could hear a relay or solenoid click and the cart would jerk gently and then stop. Also when I put it in reverse instead of a beep it continuously made the buzzing sound. The serial # is PQ0547-575663. What should I do to troubleshoot and isolate the fault? Also I need the wiring diagram and voltage- resistance test points. |

Will it now charge with the cart charger. Also make sure you have the battery cables correct. Main pos goes to controller neg on the battery goes to pos of the next and so on till the last neg goes through the obc.
