Default 1999 Club Car 48v Powerdrive plus

Hello gents! New to the crowd but really enjoy the reading! Just recently bought my first cart and it's a project. Got a good price on it and still really early into the build. I have posted some pictures to show what I am working with. I bought as is and the previous owner bought it from the city auction as a project but just never got around to it. It has 5 batteries (old and unaware of condition) but it's missing: battery cables, obc, charging receptacle, and has a broke brake cable. That's all that I am aware of so far. The other items have yet to be tested out. I'll be testing the motor tomorrow and majority of the missing items have been ordered. Supposed to pick up batteries this week! Thanks for any and all advice!

Looks to be in pretty good shape. A set of 6 fresh batteries would be the first thing I'd purchase.
