I looped the green wire as described, nothing worked. Connected every thing up the right way, had reverse only again.
I clipped the multimeter to each battery and measure the voltage while trying to drive the cart. #1 battery was the only one that showed a voltage loss (total) great simple test. I assume I need to replace all of the batteries, I was hoping not to put a new set in until spring as the cart will sit all winter. Whats my best option; can I just replace the #1 battery for now? in the future I want to get a solar panel setup to keep a charge on it for all the seasons. Thanks again for all your help... |

OMG - how about that!? Yes you can check the cart shops & find a used battery to replace the bad one.

Install the new used battery, $35, all is well.
