EZGO TXT rear axle compatibility

I am in need of some servicing on the rear end of my 2004 36V series TXT. I'm installing a new PQ Cobra motor and have some noise in my rear end.

I have a chance at a 2012 TXT rear end that is in far better shape than my rode hard 2004.

Will the 2012 48V rear end fit in the 2004?

YES it will.....if you do a google search for a new rear end.....you will find the rear ends are for 94 and UP....so the 2012 should be a direct replacement.
