Default 48v Club Car Precedent wont go

Today I went to use the golf cart and it wont go in forward or reverse.
It shows 51.3v. The radio comes on. Also when I place the rocker switch in reverse. The buzzer comes on. I dont recall hearing the sole void engage. But I have never worked on this cart before so I am a newbie but have nothing but time to get it working. Any help is appreciated.

Is there a way to test the solenoid?

To check the solenoid to ensure the bridge is not sticking or the field coil failing. Have the batteries connected, cart jacked up on one side, key switch On, Tow/Run switch in Run and then take your DVM/VOM and probe the 2 Large posts of the solenoid. You should read anywhere from ~.5vdc to ~1vdc or thereabouts. Now depress the Go Pedal and verify you "hear" the click from the solenoid and the voltage should now go to 0vdc. If it is not, then the solenoid is either faulty or you have lost one of the inputs to close it.
