What’s the voltage of each battery individually? It’s showing a pack voltage of 60.2 which is on the low side for charging for that long. Kinda thinking you have a bad battery or two.
Each battery is right at 8.54-8.55 and the pack is like 50.7

Is that during charging or after?

Something isn’t adding up then because the charger seems to think the pack is at 60v and you’re only reading 50. I would think the displayed voltage on the charger should be pretty close to what the actual pack voltage is.
I’m sure the charger plug is warm by now, are any of the battery cables warm or hot feeling? Is the Red charge wire from the receptacle warm or hot anywhere between the receptacle and the pack? Is the black wire warm anywhere?

Charge plug was pretty darn warm, not too hot to hold or anything but probably 110 f. The whole under hood area of the cart radiates warmth when I open it.
I haven’t checked the red or black wire, I will have to look.

I fell in to that Yewy trap as well. I even ordered a big shipment of them from China. I had to eat several because I like to treat my customers fair. In my opinion they are junk! I now carry the Lester Summit 2 with no issues so far.

Yea I have a feeling it’s just a bad charger.. sucks cause that was what was recommended as a replacement.

Will the Lester summit 2 work if the onboard computer has been bypassed?

There are other options as well.
There are some 15 amp 48V chargers on the bay for a decent price, but I'm not sure how much I would trust them compared to the Yewy.
The ModzMax chargers on several sites seem to be decent and will plug straight in and charge. They cost about $100 less than the Summit II.
Although the Summit II does come with a 4 year warranty.
