Re: Ez-Go, No fire
Hi twoods and welcome to the forum,
There's a control box, behind the battery. Thereis a 7amp fuse in there. It should be in a white case. Be sure that is good first. If that is good, there are two other components that can go out. The first is the pulser coil. The second is the ignitor. Let me know about the fuse and we'll go from there. |

Re: Ez-Go, No fire
Thanks for the info but I was unable to find a white box with a fuse in it. I was able to find a inline fuse in that same area it's one of those tube fuses and it is fine. Where is the igniter and pulsed located and how would I test them. Thanks

Re: Ez-Go, No fire
The pulsar is located under the cooling fan. Their is a way to test it in the archives.
Not sure what cart you have so here's the list http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/ezgo-...iagram-id.html Unfortunatly their is no way to test the ignitor. |

Re: Ez-Go, No fire
Checked pulsar today and it seems to be good. So only thing left is igniter and the only one I can find online is 230 bucks. Any recomendations on where to get one? Thanks

Re: Ez-Go, No fire
first thing to do is get the cart identified. we really cant begin to help without that info. it may be something simple like a loose wire. once you know what cart you have you can look in the service guides and go thru the trouble shooting process. I wouldnt just start throwing money at it unless you have deep pockets......in which case I will give you my account number so you can send some my way LOL!

Re: Ez-Go, No fire
the EH29C is the 295 engine. Go to the tech thread and download the service technicians guide. It will give you the info you need to properly troubleshoot your cart.
