Default 2004 EZGO New Battery Stamina Issue

I have new batteries in my 2004 EZGO however after charging and using several times the batteries last no more than 9 holes. After they die the charger only stays on for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The batteries appear to be fully charged but only last 9 holes. Is there a common part or regulator (?) that causes this?

I believe a full charge should take much longer than 1 1/2 or 2 hours. Please advise if you have any ideas.

Thanks.

What batteries did you purchase? There is a strong possibility that one of the new batteries has a bad cell in it. We see this more often from the "discount" battery brands...

Actually, there are 3 Trojan batteries and 3 off-brand (...don't ask. I inherited the cart). Allegedly they were all tested and all offer a full charge. If that is the case, that they are all "good" is there any other reason why the charger goes so quickly?

Shouldn't it last closer to 3-4 hours?

Try another charger or try your charger on another cart.... then we can see if you have a battery or a charger problem

or take battery voltage readings while on the charger, this will give you your answer also.
