Parts for 70s EZGO

I started a thread, 82 I think, trying to figure out what year cart I'm looking at. The more I study it appears to me this is a pre 1980 cart.

So my question is, will I be able to get most parts for a cart that old?

Basically I'm thinking electrical parts since most other stuff can be made to work one way or another.

I'll be able to trade some stuff I don't use anymore for the cart, so basically no money spent. I'm sure I'll need batteries fairly soon, but I figure batteries can always be moved to another cart is a year or so down the line I find a good deal on a newer cart that doesn't have batteries.
