Compare your batteries to the information in the "Sticky" about batteries located above this section. If you need more help, come back with some numbers for us to work with.

Well they shouldn't be but they might be. Plug them in and get a full charge which is what they need regardless.

As to only moving if plugged in to charger; well with what little I know here either the battery are very weak OR there is something wrong with the wiring that plugging the charger in is providing voltage to something that the batteries are not....

Charge the batteries....

Batteries are almost dead when new from store. They need a good deep full charge before use. I hope he got golf cart batteries.

Any luck with fixing that problem? I have the same, trying to go, but can't. New batteries, new solenoid. Is there a acceleration micro switch on a 1992 club car 36V?
