Sure new batteries, but what's the charge on them? I've gotten new batteries from the factory and some were almost dead.

check you volts at the charge port.
take a volt meter and stick it to the terminals to you find out what voltage you have. i have also seen new batts so discharged that it wont turn on a charger. |
