New ST Cowl not lining up?

Redfro, please tell us who you bought that from so that no one else makes the same mistake! Your paint and install looks great

But that is not a OEM cowl. Someone is layin glass over the OE cowl and charging people for it. Obviously, you know that there should be tangs on the inside to catch the rivets.

I bought it from a guy on eBay selling them pre painted for $499. I knew something was off with this thing. The lights are from harbor freight along with the orange stick on reflectors. My motors at PQ getting squared away, and I should be wrapping her up.
