Okay, the pictures tell me you have a controller cart rather than a resistor cart.
Here is a schematic for your cart, or at least pretty close to it

The battery pack voltage is a little low (about 85% State of Charge), but that should run it okay.
Same with the individual battery voltages. A little imbalanced, but okay.
I'd try charging to full and then restarting charger a few time to see if the lower voltage ones would come up closer to the higher voltage ones, but that is a side issue.

You might have hooked a high current cable or burnt a contact in the F/R switch during your encounter with the fallen tree.
Or messed up the brake cables or throttle linkage.

Try this:
Connect your DVM between B- and M- on controller and monitor voltage while driving.
(Terminals should be marked with raised letters on top on controller. If not I've got a drawing showing them)
When solenoid first clicks, you should get Full battery pack voltage.

If you don't read Full battery pack voltage, you've got one or more bad cables, connections or contacts.

If you do get full voltage, press the accelerator slowly to floor.
The voltage should decrease smoothly down to nearly zero. (There will be about 0.5V per 100A of current flow through the controller)

If not, check the throttle input to controller.

Let us know what you find.

Hats off to Johnny B. Found overheated connector at B-minus terminal (probably from trying to climb over fallen tree). Making repairs - trying to get batteries up to full charge.

Thanks, again!
