2002 Turf 2 Not cranking

I have a 2002 Turf 2 Carryall. It died a couple weeks ago and would not crank over. Turned out to be a bad solenoid. While installing the new Club Car solenoid one of the small posts broke. It was glued and ran fine for a couple days then died again. Next, this broken solenoid was replaced, but this time by something aftermarket that matched the part number on ebay. Once installed the cart still wouldn't run, but the starter/generator would work and turn the belt (that has worked throughout this whole process). I eventually replaced the microswitches in the black box, as well as the solenoid again, this time with a Club Car solenoid. Still not cranking but the starter works and turns the belt. If I jump the solenoid it doesn't make a difference. As far as I can tell everything is wired properly according to the diagrams. Neither of the fuses in the black box appear to be bad either. Any ideas where I should be looking next? Thanks for any help!

Try hitting the rev limiter or giggling the wires from it or just replacing it.

If the starter is turning the belt why isnt it cranking? It should be turning over just not firing. If the motor is seized that would be why it isnt turning over and the belt spins.
