I have a couple lengthy thread about the horrible problems dealing with three fleets of lead-acid RXVs. They were 2008s, 2012s and 2015s.

In 2018, we switched to LION RXVs, and have had no problems at all. I cannot begin to describe how much time and money they have saved in maintaining a fleet of 65 carts. They are so problem-free, that they don't even need me!!!!

They came from a dealer in your area, if I'm assuming the KC correctly.
