Default G16e doesn't like torque?

I read a lot about these with torque, but I wanted to at least bring mine to light. Cart runs seemingly fine, but yesterday I had to back it out of the garage. I started to push it forward and realized it didn't make sense when I could drive it, but the rear tires were right on the 'lip' of the garage. I pushed the gas and the motor just squealed trying to move the cart, but couldn't get it over the lip. I backed up a small amount, went forward and cleared it fine. Why would the motor NOT be able to do that?

Did you check the voltage of the batteries?

Yes. They were in good shape, and 100% charged.
They’re 2018 batts

It appears we have the same problem I just installed a Alltrax controller but have other issues now. I will let you know how it turns out.

Ok got the controller in and everything straightened out. I can now climb a hill. Pretty much installed an alltrax SR48400.
Not much of a video but not too many hills here so I used the ditch..
