2010 drive speed controller problems?!?!
I have a 2010 Yamaha drive that seems to be having speed controller issues. From what I have gathered these controllers are notorious for failing.
So my diagnosis is the cart will run with no load ( wheels lifted off the ground). Under load (attempting to drive) the cart moves 20 feet, something starts to make a high pitch noise and stops running. If I swith the tow switch to "tow" then to "run" it repeats the same cycle. The solenoid engages at random times, especially if weight is added to the cart ( like sitting on the seats). Bypassed the solenoid with the same results. Any recommendations where to purchase a speed controller. |
