The DPI Accusense charger is a wise investment.
Plugging it into the cart after each use and leaving it connected until cart is next used, along with a good battery maintenance program, will give you the maximum performance and lifespan of any set of batteries you install.

The GS 2200 appears to be a 232AH, so it would be a good choice.

US Battery cart batteries are top line items, but they do require the correct charging profile.

Compare AH vs $$$.

IE:
A Trojan T-105 is a 225AH battery for $121.85, or $0.542 per AH
A Duracell SLIGC115 is a 230AH battery for $109.00, or $0.474 per AH

I just picked a couple at random, so check the $$ per AH for the rest.

I just want to share this information that I received from Richard Maczka of DPI as we communicated about my DPI Accusense Charger:

"I forwarded your email to our engineering department and thought they would be in contact with you. I sorry if they did not. The problem as I am told by one of the salesmen here is the US battery company changed their vendor and their batteries are now manufactured in Mexico by Johnson Controls. The battery company states there no differences in the batteries but people all the country are having problems with over charging. Long story made short, if you switch the Mode on your charger to MODE 2, this should solve your problem. I was waiting to see if there was any details on the manufacturing of the batteries and/or software changes in the programming. Our engineering staff went back an retested our mode algorithms and they have stayed the same so something has changed in the batteries. I did not want to give out false or misleading information. That is why the delay.

Again, just setting your charger mode to MODE 2 should solve the problem. Let it run a couple of charge cycles and everything should work fine."

I received this email on 9/30/14 and bought a new set of US 2200 batteries the next day.
