I have put a whooping on it with a 1" pipe and a sledge bit hasn't moved yet Lol. I will take it an press it out tomorrow. Do you know where I can buy a full rebuild kit for it?(brushes and retainers)

Using a 1" pipe I was on the bearing while hitting it. I was not hitting the rotor shaft.

Two parts to a bearing.....inner and outer sleeve. As long as u are pressing/hitting the outer it is OK. If you press/hit the inner your are damaging the rollers/balls between the inner and outer.

That is true if you have no load through the balls. Carry on! You may want to try to heat the end to make the bearing come out easier. You have to be careful installing new bearings to not damage them. Sounds like you know what you are doing here!
