Not yet, I need to get a crimping tool for that 4ga wire. But I'm confident that will fix it!

In the mean time you can keep resetting the OBC as it will give You at least one full charge before it senses the current using the Hall effect sensor where the wire goes through.

Another option is to use a 5/16 x 3-1/2 brass bolt and make a stud so You can use one cable for each side of the OBC.

I would go with the Stud solution. You can then take things apart later if you need to.

Ended up cutting the terminal end off and running the cable through the hole in the OBC.

I reset the OBC and gave it a full charge. Now measures about 53v.
