Green 2001 moves but jumps

Ok I got the green 2001 series 48v cart with batteries in it from the 2nd cart and all batteries had 8.5 volts. All seems to be hooked up but when we went to go for a ride didn't matter if it is forward or reverse it is slow and the wheels hop and you can here a clicking noise in the motor compartment. What do I need to look at?

51.09 volts across the pack

As soon as you start to move and the cart "jumps" what does the pack voltage drop to?

I will go check I only have 2 power drive chargers they both work on my 98 but they will not charge this series cart. Is something messed up or do I need a different charger?

Is there a red 10 gauge wire going to the main pack positive? That is the charging wire.

It drops down to 48.6 volts then levels out about 49 volts. I jacked it up and ran it that way. There is a loud clicking as it is doing this. Could the starter solenoid be bad? I have the one from the serpex cart

Yes there is a red wire I have it hooked up. The fuse is good directly on the charger port and the yellow fuse cartridge fuse is good.

Voltage seems OK. I was going to guess weak batteries dropping under load and giving the "shudder of death," but with that voltage something else is wrong.

So OBC? Charging problems? No sticker on obc so don't know what one to get. Can I test it?
Could it be the motor how do I test it?
Could it be the controller if so how do I test.

Would resetting the OBC help?
