Tried the old FnR switch, no change.
Changed out 3 of the spade connectors on FnR that were a little corroded, no change.
Manually triggered each micro switch, no change.
Picked up a can of contact cleaner and sprayed every connection/contact i could find, even key switch, reverse buzzer, etc. No change.
Now, I don't have forward or reverse, no matter which combination of green/black/white on back of FnR. Solenoid clicks every time and buzzer sounds. Pics attached of FnR.

After searching threads, I may have been connecting the wrong green and white wires?

The #3 micro switch has 'pigtails' coming from it instead of the little spade terminals like my old switch. And I've been connecting the green wire from harness to the white 'pigtail' from micro switch.

To be clear, do I jump the green wire from harness to white wire from harness and leave all others disconnected, essentially bypassing the #3 micro switch?

Hope this makes sense.

The white to green didn't work either.
Awful lot of views, but few responses.
Has to be someone that has an idea?
Should I just take it to the local golf cart guy?

I've got 50V at the orange and blue cable that goes to motor when FnR is in forward or reverse respectively.
I get 8.5V at the green or white wire going to microswitch #3 on FnR, then 6.5V when I press the pedal.

This is should be Your original wiring diagram, minus the controller (for reference).

Leave the White and the Green wires from the harness connected to each other. The black wire will be disconnected.

That will by-pass the half-speed resistor and make sure the MCOR has power.

The micro-switch #3 will have no wires connected to it.

You must have a splice where the +48v from micro-switch #1, White/Black wire goes to both the solenoid and to controller pin #1.

Are You getting +48v to Controller pin #1 when You press the pedal?

After pulling connectors and spraying contact cleaner yesterday, I mistakenly put the yellow wire on the #4 Controller pin instead of #3 (knew it would be something stupid). I just discovered this after my last post. This would explain why jumping the white & green wire at ms#3 didn't work and I had no forward or reverse.
I corrected the controller pin, but still no forward or reverse.
Tahoe said to jump green to either white or black (he couldn't remember), so I tried green to black. It works in both directions now.
Does this make sense? Sergio, you said green to white, but I have green to black? Nothing is connected to ms#3. Do I have a different issue than the 1/2 speed resistor, perhaps?

Cart ran fine for the few minutes I drove it earlier, but it's slower? About 9mph where it was 12mph before.
I now have Alltrax 400, HD FnR, & HD solenoid, but still have the stock 6 gauge cables for now. With these upgrades, should it be slower?

Did You check if Controller pin #1 has +48v when You press the Pedal?

I don't get any movement with green to white. Looking at the diagram, the white and black wire join? So, you're essentially bypassing the resistor by connecting green to white?
I will check the voltage on pin #1 tomorrow, check the connector on white wire, and report back.
