Default Brisk weather.

Was 8 below at 6am when I was going to the barn. Put my meter on the cart for fun. [It took a sec to wake up too. haha] Unplugged the charger and it read 50.5v. At speed on the road, 42.5v. About 20% less speed than at 32 degrees too. But still faster than getting a gas powered vehicle alive and kicking.

Our weather rarely gets that cold but at around 30 I could tell a big difference in how much torque and speed I normally had. Guess if my cart was in a conditioned space, it may have less effect until the batteries chilled.

Actually I think I misstated previously. I don't recall seeing it ever getting to -8 here. Teens for us is extreme. I think it's been below zero but a rarity. Personally I'd like to see some global warming!

Yep, cold is a pretty relative term. Grew up in Minnesota where we had the occasional -40(F) morning - wind chill could get -60 or so. I don't recall even having school delays.
Later lived in Texas and one night it dropped down to +20 and you'd think the world had come to an end. EVERYTHING shut down. It's all what you're used to.
