Default Club car controller install speed question?

So I just finished my controller install and 48v conversion. I used scottie bs basic controller upgrade. My speed is 8-9 mph. Should this be higher? Still crawls up hill. Small hill. I only lose about 2 volts maybe 3 when wot up hill. Is there a setting in the controller to help or am I looking at a motor upgrade? Motor is stock thanks

The speed is low. Which kit specifically did you put in what yr cart? You have a 36v motor running on 48v ?

C32. 89 club car. I was told by you when I purchased the kit that if I went to 48v it should increase torque and speed 33%. Maybe the motor is beat. At this point if I can't increase it a little I may just get the 10hp motor and call it a day. Cart is in great shape. Extended roof and rear seat. All aluminum frame so that is why I converted it. Good bones.

89 CC was resistor coil so you installed a conversion kit with SR control, solenoid, Potentiometer set up... what else did you install.

Sorry for 100 questions but I can't tell who you are here.
Do you have a new F&R and Cables ?

What is the battery pack voltage reading when standing still and what is the pack reading when going 9 mph with the pedal to the floor? These answers will give an indication of the battery pack condition.

New f&r and cables. Replaces all old wires. Batteries are new. Voltage is at like 50-51 then when wot it's like 48-49. On the small hill tested it dropped to 47 then went back up as I crested.

Is the motor the original 36v motor?
Sounds like it needs refreshing or just replacing.

Are you getting 100% throttle?

Scottyb had commented on possible issues with the linkage movement of your setup:

Good catch. Throttle output should be 0-5000 ohms. Set your DVM to Ωs. Set the range to 0-20,000 if that is an option. and simply remove the signal wires from the controller and plug the meter into the signal wire spade terminals. Work the throttle a few times and give us the results.
