POT BOX Inverted Output

Hi guys,

I have a 1998 DS 48V and I figured out that it came with a 1994 Pot Box. I have rewired it as the new one. Now I'm getting 0 to 5000ohms on terminals 2/3 at the controller. This causes WOT at the beginning of pedal stroke and it slows down with further depression of the pedal. Is there a way of reversing this action? I was thinking of inverting the resistors on the pot box if they have something to do.

I'm not an electronics tech but I'm becoming one with this project...!!!

I should have said is a V glide.
