Im sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you guys i have been in the middle of moving into a new shop.

I happened to have them on hand we just put in a cheaper cart for resale we already had too much in. I sold the guy the cart and felt bad after a week he was having issues. It only had one bad battery in the pack i gave him the option of letting me replace the one battery with a good used one or i would let him have the 4x 12v at a great discount as he wanted it fixed right then. I explained he would rather have a 6x 8v setup but wanted the new 4x 12v i had on hand. For the price it was worth it as he will only use the cart for very short trips.

Ok so he had 25 minutes of run time and battery charger stating batteries 90% charged but cart was acting dead. He then told me his wife was the one having issue and would like me to refund him. I stated i would and started asking you guys for help. Before i went to refund my customer i asked him if his wife checked the tow run switch. Guess what? it was in tow. He is now happy and wants to keep the cart. I will be checking back in with him tomorrow to make sure all is well.

What is usual run time for 4 12v setup?

Thank you all for your input. I jumped the gun and should have asked the customers more questions.

When the cart had the 6 8v batteries, all had 8 volts but after a short while of use one battery dropped to 6 volts. Cart would only go 3-4 mph uphill but 16 mph on flat with a 15 minute runtime.

Cart now goes 15 mph on flat and will run 12 mph up a hill. I thought this was a problem still like worn brushes. However i have seen CGTECH explain multiple times that the g29 controllers are weak and most crawl to 12mph uphill.
