Talked to Superior Battery in Kentucky. they make the Precision battery. there is a letter an numbers on the side of the battery right on the top ridge. 1H19 23 . The battery was made in Aug. of 2019.
First letter is the month then the year after that. |

Thank you all for posting and inspiring a little confidence in the Pasco Precision batteries. I plan to pick up a set of 6 (8v) this week to replace some Batteries Plus Duracells that only lasted three years.
I attribute the short life of the last batteries to improper DIP setting on my DPI charger which I learned about after it was waaay too late. Do any of you have a DPI charger or advice on the settings/charge rate for the Precision batteries?
